Oslo

I went to Oslo twice, each time for a Perl QA Hackathon (later, Perl Toolchain Summit). The first time, I was shocked by the expense and unprepared. It was lovely, though, and I enjoyed seeing the city, especially the Vigeland sculpture garden.
